Our event would not be what it is without the help of our amazing volunteers! Volunteers support riders on the road through aid stations and SAG vehicles, at the race start and finish, and at the post race party. Volunteers also help us get ready for the race ahead of the big day and help clean up afterwards. If you are interested in helping out with this year’s event please sign-up at the link below!

Conserve Big Bend

Conserve Big Bend will be this year’s Marfa 100k donation recipient. The Big Bend is a wild place, to live and to ride. It’s our privilege to share the space and our responsibility to safeguard it.

Conserve Big Bend is a non-profit organization located in the Big Bend Region with their primary campaign being “No Big Bend Wall.” No Big Bend Wall (NBBW) is a community coalition focused on public education, transparency in federal decision-making, cultural and environmental resource protection, landowner rights, and due process in response to the proposed wall in Big Bend. They are a fast-growing, advocacy-focused group with a diverse range of stakeholders including landowners, conservationists, tour guides and river outfitters, archaeologists, artists, park enthusiasts, policy experts, and more.
